JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Your responsibilities will include:
Handle 80% of assigned tasks from the CEO, including:

Check and read carefully email from CEO and clients to prepare monthly invoices for clients under the purview of the CEO.

Send invoice to CEO to get payment from our clients

Maintaining accounts receivable, documenting bills, and supporting documentation from head office.

Track receipts from our clients and input them into Xero’s accounting software.

Track expenditures from CEO and Head Office in Hong Kong and input them into Xero’s accounting software.

Other assigned tasks from CEO
Handle 20% assigned tasks in accounting department:

Scan documents
-
Organize and store financial documents into systematic files and folders

Other assigned tasks from Finance Manager
To be successful in this role you must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

Good English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.

Confident in working directly with the CEO

Excellent in MS Office, Excel, and Word.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
