Your responsibilities will include:

Partner with hiring managers to build a hiring plan for each position. Take on a consultant role with regards to hiring manager relationships; provide solutions, advice, and expertise.

Lead the TA members to implement the strategy by providing direction and advice. Ensure continuous learning and growth of the TA team.

Partner with external sources to build effective sourcing strategies to ensure meeting the hiring goals.

Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, time to fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

Lead special research projects/ recruiting initiatives.

Participate in the building process, database, tools for recruitment purposes.

Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.

Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university).
To be successful in this role you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

At least 4 years of experience in a recruitment position.
-
At least 1 year of experience in IT industry.
-
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.

Strong analytics skills.

Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution).

Progressive and able to work under pressure.
