BUSINESS ANALYST

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gather business and system requirements from clients
• Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions
• Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements
• Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by stakeholders
• Quick understand business domain knowledge
• Assess the feasibility of the request when given a set of constraints
• Design application mockup/wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using charting tools
• Document the project operations (URD, SRS/FSD)
• Translate requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Analyze the impact of change requests
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports;
• Flexible to work with different teams in different projects (max 2 projects) at the same time
• Review and assist with the development of test case scenarios for testing and/or monitoring the testing of applications to verify requirements
• Perform User Acceptance Test

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 4+ years experience in Business Analysis
• Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed requirements
• Good analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements
• Strong ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple levels of organization
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Experience working on software development projects using waterfall and/or agile methodologies
• Experience in drawing wireframe/mockup, using wireframing tools 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• BS’c degree in Computer Science or relevant field

The following is considered highly advantageous:

• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience using Balsamiq
