Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment
- Interact with the IT market to fulfill a company’s recruitment and maximize business opportunities.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness.
- Handle the recruitment process and ensure the results and processing speed.
- Provide advice with managers and Candidates on salary, training and career progression.
- Cooperate with managers to meet targets and to forecast future hiring.
- Promote the company to universities and candidates actively.
- Plan and execute events (Tech events and Non-Tech events, internal events)
- Work on recruitment projects & events (employer branding, job analysis, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.).
- Support on other HR-related tasks on request
2. Team Management
- Lead and grow the recruitment team.
- Assign and monitor the team workload to maximize capability and proficiency.
- Coach and develop all necessary skills in recruitment activity to the team members.
- Provide supports and ensure job satisfaction including handling hiring requests and conducting interviews or following up for Job Requests.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- At least 6 years of experience in the Recruitment field and 2 years of management position. Better to have an experiment in the IT industry.
- Having recruitment experiences for urgent positions with a large amount at the same time
- Having marketing and PR experiences in company branding, holding events.
- Having a data-driven and results-driven mind.
- Passionate with HR Recruitment field, excellent CAN-DO attitude.
- A professional, independent, confident, excellent teamwork and knowledge-sharing spirit.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English, computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible.
- Good at logical thinking skills, management skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, collaboration skills, etc.
