UI/UX DESIGNER

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 3+ years working as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. 
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive web design, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies. 
• Provide iconic representations of objects and actions, as well as other graphic elements, be able to visually express hierarchy, grouping, and workflows for applications. 
• Deep understanding of bit-depth, pixel-density, and resolution issue managing color palettes, the rendering capabilities of the platform for which they’re designing. 
• Creative and open to new ideas. 
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. 
• Have contributed as a leader in the design and a strong collaborator across product managers and engineers. 
• Understanding of software and hardware development processes—specification, coding, and testing. 

The following is considered highly advantageous:

• Strong analytics and testing skills.
• Communicate ideas and solutions effectively between team and client.
• Logistics experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to get buy-in from stakeholders about a new design.
• Cooperate well with the development team to accomplish customers’ desires and improve user experience.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
