Your responsibilities will include:

Work with Technical team to check priorities, potential/urgent projects and finalize JD and requirements of each position.
Attract qualified candidates and build talent pool through job posting, networking, headhunting, etc .
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Organize assessments and interviews.
Participate in building process, database, tools for recruitment purpose.
Collect and analyze labor market information in order to counsel department head related to recruitment activities.
Take part in recruitment branding activities (Job fairs, university sponsor events,..)
Support on other HR related tasks on request.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment position.
Strong analytics skills.
Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution).
Progressive and able to work under pressure.
Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges.
