BUSINESS ANALYST

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gather business requirements and break them into relevant, accurate, detailed functional requirements and user stories.

• Prepare mockups, business process workflows, or diagrams.

• Work closely with engineering teams from both AU and Vietnam to understand product requirements (functional, non-functional, user, system).

• Log detected defects with sufficient evidence for technical investigation.

• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate them immediately.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Participate in customer support activities as needed.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

• Have 2y+ years of experience with software product quality assurance.

• Good understanding of various types of testing and design test case techniques.

• Must be able to report issues promptly to the engineering team.

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to solve problems.

• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

The following is considered highly advantageous:

• Professional certification in software testing or quality control is an advantage.

• Experience in Jira XRay or equivalent is a plus.

• Fluent in communicating in English.
