People Management
The following are a Project Manager’s key activities to ensure they meet their people management goals:

Manage multiple teams in delivery perspective

Creation and management of development plans for their team

Address performance issues early with their team, setting clear expectations and holding their team to those expectations, and developing plans to address any performance gaps in their team

Monitor and make team individuals accountable for the responsibilities of their role

Address resourcing gaps or vacancies promptly
-
Address interpersonal challenges in project lead board and/or multiple teams and resolve conflicts
-
Regular one-on-one’s with their team
Project & Technology Leadership

Guide multiple teams on processes and follow
-
Assist the teams to prepare for capacity planning and PI planning
-
Project planning, build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
-
Responsible for closely working with Delivery Leads, Product Owners to clarify, analyze the work packages delivery and delivery process

Work closely with both Offshore software teams and Onshore teams to make sure the fully understanding business requirements and proper feedback of two sides.

Work towards and continuously improve the development standards and guidelines in conjunction with the Technical Leads, QA Leaders
-
Ensure the development delivery processes are being applied for all development activities, project and maintenance/enhancement

Ensure quality software is delivered by themselves and their teams, with minimal defects and no go-live critical issues

Manage and maintain stable operational environments for their clients, and incidents are managed according to operational processes
Teamwork and Collaboration

Ownership and timely deliverables commitment

Identification of excess capacity and sharing of excess resource or specialist knowledge across the broader team

Timely and proactive response to requests for service from all areas of the business

Communicate directly with the Delivery Leads to ensure they are fully informed of project status at all times

In conjunction with the Technical Leads, QA Leads, Business Analyst, ensure the team deliver and foster quality software and solutions

Identify and remove obstacles to achieving project efficiency

Share knowledge and insights in a systematic way and encourage others to do the same

In conjunction with the Technical Leads, QA Leads, Business Analyst, address the source of errors, issues or problems until they are resolved
Key Accountabilities

Work in close collaboration with Groove leaders for PI planning, deliverables commitment and sprint planning.

The primary contact with the onshore about delivery schedule. Represent the team after getting the buy-in from Groove leads and the rest of the team.

Ensure that PI goals/sprint goals are met.

Identify key issues & problems and pick the best choice among alternatives to deal with the onshore ADL.

Make timely decisions and to take action reflective of business objectives with the onshore ADL.

Manage onshore expectations by working in close collaboration with Groove leads and manage team performance and productivity in Sprint to Sprint
-
Manage team people and teams’ resources for capacity planning and reporting to customers
-
Manage processes, work in close collaboration with the onshore ADLs/Product teams to improve it
-
The liaison between Groove and customers to keep the commercial relationship on track.

Team building, motivate and inspire teams to improve team performance and productivity.
Requirement
-
At least 5 years experience as a Project manager
-
Extensive experience in managing Dedicated team or multiple teams in a project
-
Strict dedication to delivering projects within deadlines while adhering to established quality and documentation standards
-
A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong on Problem solving skills, Decision making, Communication and Conflict resolution skills
-
Good logical thinking to understand the client’s requests and business demands before clarifying the requests with Offshore software team
-
Good attention to connect and develop the team members
-
Good spoken English is a must.

Experience in SAFe, especially PI planning
